ADHK: Raise The Struggle for Socialism Against Imperialist War!
Let's Organize Our Future!
Imperialist Capitalism is a War Machine!
As a result of imperialist competition, not a single square meter of land on Earth remains untouched by the struggle for hegemony—another way of describing imperialist plundering and looting—or free from political-military operations aimed at achieving domination.
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Israel’s brutal genocide against the Palestinian people, Azerbaijan’s occupation of Artsakh, the continuous occupation in parts of Kurdistan by Turkish military, the civil war in Sudan, and France’s expulsion from its former colonies (where France still maintains political and economic influence) such as New Caledonia, Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso—these are some of the wars that have marked recent history.
A genocide is unfolding before the world’s eyes in Gaza: the number of civilians killed by the occupying Israeli army exceeds 40,000, with the number of unreported cases likely even higher. Approximately 40% of those killed in Israeli attacks are children. The de facto war in the region took on a new dimension when Israel attacked northern Lebanon and assassinated Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. The attempt to effectively occupy Lebanon, along with the assassinations of leaders from Hamas, Hezbollah, and the PFLP in an effort to suppress the Palestinian resistance, are provocative attacks carried out by the Zionist Israeli regime, of course, with the support of the United States, aimed at initiating a full-scale regional war.
We know that European states are directly involved both militarily and economically in these wars. For example, Germany is the second-largest arms supplier to Israel, an apartheid regime, after the United States. It can be said that the German bourgeoisie is feeding off the blood of the children who die in the streets of Gaza. We also see that European-manufactured weapons technology and products from the arms industry are used in all ongoing wars across the globe, especially in the Middle East.
The Arms Race is Leading Our World to Disaster!
The nuclear arms race is of particular importance as it demonstrates the peak that armed force in war has reached and its destructive capacity. Enough nuclear weapons have been produced and are now ready for use, with the power and capacity to entirely destroy all organic life on Earth if deployed. The United States and Russia hold the most nuclear warheads.
German imperialism is strengthening its militaristic apparatus in parallel with its policy of expanding market share. France, with its share in automobile and fighter jet production, its international role in petroleum products and electricity production, and the experience it has gained from its colonial past, shows through its actions that it has not fallen behind in the market struggle. The United Kingdom, one of the largest importers of arms in recent years, has been fanning the flames of tension and conflict, as evidenced by its provocation of Russia in the Ukraine war. The Russia-Ukraine war, in which the U.S. and European imperialists are involved with billions of dollars in economic aid, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-tank weapons, war munitions, mercenary and covert official military units, starkly reveals the imperialist capacity for war production. It can be seen as a miniature world war or, in other terms, a regional proxy war conducted by imperialist blocs.
The arms industry has become one of the strengthening sectors of the capitalist economy. The significant developments in the Turkish defense industry over the last twenty years have brought substantial revenue to the national economy, and the AKP government has politically benefited from these developments. It is noteworthy that the highest taxpayer in Turkey in 2023 was Selçuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of BAYKAR (An arms monopoly) who is the son-in-law of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. This clearly illustrates the extent of the arms industry and militarization, even in a country like Turkey, where dependency on imperialism still plays a decisive role.
Imperialist war means death, hunger, displacement, and migration!
The developments on the front of the imperialist-bourgeois states have reached their natural conclusion and are politically unfolding as wars in which the oppressed peoples are the primary victims. Those who suffer from these genocides and wars are always ordinary working people, especially women and children. Large masses targeted by wars are struck by death, hunger, displacement, and migration.
While the rulers of the world stoke wars to conquer new markets and exploit the world’s resources, adding to their wealth, millions of people are forced to leave their homes as a result of the massive economic destruction caused by these wars. Refugees, who brave numerous difficulties to embark on migration routes, are often met with either boats sunk in the Mediterranean or gangs stationed at borders. Should they manage to reach their destination, they face arbitrary practices by states that disregard international law and reduce the right to asylum to a mere formality. They suffer mistreatment in camps, are held for years without being granted asylum, and are treated like commodities in dirty interstate negotiations. They are also subjected to forced deportation practices, justified by the Dublin Agreement.
The imperialist-capitalist system perpetuates patriarchal oppression and exploitation of women and the plunder and destruction of nature and the ecosystem!
The suffering of women in imperialist attacks and occupations is clearly visible. Especially in the attacks on the Middle East and the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people, we witness daily the killing of children and women. Every war waged by imperialism is a black mark on human history. Those who claim to bring peace and rights to women leave behind only death, separation from loved ones, and, most importantly, the forced migration from their lands. The boundless plundering and destruction of capitalism deprives women of their lives, takes away their prospects, and crushes them from all sides. In summary, the reactionary ruling powers’ perspective on women becomes even more apparent in times of war, as women’s bodies become targets, and women are victimized. Despite all these conditions, women continue to join the struggle, becoming warriors of their own fight, taking their place in life with the consciousness of being fighters in their own war.
While the imperialist-bourgeois system divides the world like a pie and rains war upon the peoples, the European states, which are of particular interest to us in terms of migration, offer nothing to the working masses but social cuts, poverty, and racism as they try to overcome the crises they themselves created. In Europe, massive amounts of public funds are spent on militarization and war, while education, healthcare, infrastructure, and fair wages are cut. It is obvious that this capitalist-imperialist system does not work for the vast majority of people and their needs. It works only for the profits of a small minority. Germany’s border controls or the Swiss government's plan to tighten the budget by 2029, primarily through cuts in education and social welfare while exempting military expenditures, are simple examples of how the ongoing crisis is being imposed on the working people.
A World Without War Is Only Possible by Eliminating the Source of War, Capitalism!
A true period of peace, in which we can live securely, is only achievable by eliminating the capitalist sources and causes of war. Otherwise, unjust imperialist wars and the potential for war production will continue to exist. While capital continues to turn the world into a “field of profit” for more gain, workers will be the victims of capitalist competition and wars for redistribution. In the imperialist stage that capitalism has reached, where imperialism has ensnared our world like a spider's web, wars are inevitable. This is because the competitive nature of capitalism, which characterizes it, makes growth essential. In the capitalist system, the rule is to devour the weak. Capital, which must constantly grow, inevitably seeks new markets or expands its existing ones. This, of course, means the pursuit of hegemony, and in its bloody form, war.
The time has long come to fight this profit-driven, war-mongering, and humanity-destroying system using all available means and methods of struggle. A world where we do not have to suffer, flee, or die—a world of peace, freedom, and prosperity, where we can live with dignity and determine our own destiny—is the most natural right of all of us.
Socialism is the only True liberation alternative for humanity!
As described above, the only path to liberation is scientific Socialism. Socialism is an economic and social order in which all people have equal access to the wealth and resources of our planet. Socialism guarantees peace and prosperity for all. Built on the complete rejection of the economic, legal, and philosophical foundations of capitalism, socialism is a socio-economic formation diametrically opposed to it, representing the most advanced social paradigm that humanity has reached today.
Let Us Embrace Our Revolutionary Duties in the Face of Imperialist Destruction!
The exploited class and the oppressed masses must reject being the tools of the capitalist-imperialist wars, which impose conditions of slavery upon them. They must rise against capitalism—the source of all evil—beginning with their own bourgeois ruling classes. The struggle against the imperialist-capitalist system, and its inevitable result, imperialist wars, must be intensified with all our might, in the name of scientific socialism.
End the occupation of Ukraine and stop the war!
Let us take action to stop Israel's attacks on Palestine and Lebanon!
We did not choose the wars that cause destruction, poverty, migration, and massacres, and we will not bear the responsibility for them!
Unite, fight, and win against imperialist-capitalist barbarism!
Long live the revolution, long live socialism!
Down with imperialist wars, occupations, and annexations!
Long live the resistance of the peoples of Palestine, Lebanon, and Rojava!
Long live the international solidarity of the peoples!
